Is situated 65 chains S.S.E. of Cloonshannagh House, and contains 231a. 1r. 24p. The W. by N. boundary divides the parish from that of Edgeworthstown for 9 chains, and the S. by E. boundary divides the parish from that of Street, Barony of Moygoish, County of Westmeath.
There is a portion of bog on the eastern side of this townland; the rest is under pasture and tillage. The road Granard to Street branches off in different directions through this townland.
