"Design a Bookmark" competition winners announced!
As part of this year’s Children’s Book Festival we ran a very successful ‘Design a Bookmark’ competition. Entry forms were available in our branch libraries. There were two age categories: 4-8 and 9-13. We were delighted to receive over 650 entries and the standard of entries was extremely high. The winning entries in each category are as follows:
9-13 age category
4-8 age category
Each child has received a National Book Token. The winning entry in each age category (Sarah Healy and Theodora Rushe) will have their bookmark printed professionally and they will be available in each of our branch libraries. Congratulations to our winners and thank you to everyone who entered this competition.
