Lies near the south of the parish, and is bounded by the tds. of Fort Bill, Cross, Ballagh, Carrowbeg, Cornadowagh, and a corner of Newtown Flanigan.
Contains 236 acres, about 2/3 of which is under cultivation; the remainder is bog and rough ground. It has 3 forts, 1 limestone quarry, a Trigl. Point called after the td., and pays �12 10s. 10�d, County Cess. It is the property of -- Butler, Esq.
