Situated in the td. of Cashel in a beautiful position, 25 chains N.E. of the shore of Lough Ree.
It is a neat modern building, about 50 links square, with suitable office buildings attached. It is the summer residence of Sir George Featherston, who is making rapid improvements in this td. It commands a delightful view of Lough Ree and the opposite shore of Connaught.
