Situated in the S. of the parish, and is bounded by Lough Ree and by the tds. of Elfeet Burke, Ballagh, Carrowrory and Derrydarragh:
It is the property of Miss Newcommen, who holds it under a deed for ever. It contains 184 acres, of which 3� acres are water. About half of the td. is wood, and about 43 acres is bog; the remainder is cultivated. Co. Cess 8 18s. 2d.
