The Dying Church Wm. Lancey

Is situated in a field called the Moor, in the eastern part of Inchcleraun.
This is the most westerly of the group of old churches before mentioned. It is also one of the smallest. There is a legend connected with it, which exhibits strongly
the superstitions to which our forefathers were prone, viz., it is said that no woman could enter it without becoming subject to death within 12 months afterwards.
