Situated on the road from Longford to Newtownforbes, and about 1� miles S.W. from the latter town. Contains 308 acres.
This td. is all cultivated, with the exception of a small portion of wood and rough ground situated near the N. corner. The road from Newtownforbes to Longford divides it into two unequal parts. The lesser or eastern division contains 2 ancient forts. The centre of part of the above mentioned road constitutes part of the southern boundary of this townland.
