Situated N. of the centre of the parish on the boundary, at about 1 mile S.E. of Cloondara and � N.E. of Killashee. Contains 670a. 3r. 35p.
There is a great tract of bog all along the west boundary; the remainder of the td. is well cultivated. It contains Woodtown Village, some scattered pieces of wood, 3 ancient forts, and two limestone quarries. Near the centre a road leading from Killashee to Newtownforbes passes through it.
