Situated near the centre on the S.E. of the parish, and contains 377a. 1r. 9p. The village of Killashee is partly in it.
There are a great portion of bog on the S.W. extremity and a small portion on the N.; the remainder is well cultivated. Near the centre on the west boundary stands the village of Killashee, with a Police Station, a Methodist Chapel, a school house and a fair green. Near the N. end of the td. are a very large fort and a large lime stone quarry.
