This td. is situated in the N. of the parish, and is bounded on the N. by Tipper in Kilcommock Ph. and Toome in Taghshinny Ph.; on the S. by Ballymulvey and Ballymahon; and on the W. by Drinan.
It contains 283a. 3r. 28p., and is a flat part of the country, all under cultivation. The roads and houses are in good repair. The Royal Canal passes through nearly the centre. It is the property of the Shouldham family, and pays �22 Co. Cess.
