This td. is situated in the E. extremity of the parish. It is bounded on the N.W. by Toome in Taghshinny Ph.; N.E. by Cloonard in the same parish; S.E. by Newcastle and Clooncallow in Forgney Ph.; and S.W. by Ballymulvey.
It contains 306a. 1r. 39p., of which about 25 acres is bog, about 5 acres plantation, and the remainder well cultivated. It is flat and dry, with the houses and roads in good repair, and the R. Inny on its S.E. boundary. It belongs to the Shouldham family, held by a deed for ever, and pays �19 7s. 4d. Co. Cess.
