Situated in the S.E. extremity of the parish, about 3� miles E.S.E. of Longford Town. Contains 553a. 2r. 12p.
There are two small pieces of bog in this td., on the western boundary; the remainder is well cultivated, and has a number of houses interspersed through it with trees and pieces of plantation around them. It has also 5 ancient forts, one of which near the S.W. extremity has a Trignometrical Point on it.
