Healthy Ireland Launch

Longford County Library officially launched the Healthy Ireland at your Library Programme in Granard Community Library on Saturday, February 24th last.

Our special guests were Longford Senior Football Champions, St. Columba's Mullinalaghta, nutritionist Laura Thompson and Cathaoirleach of Granard Municipal District, PJ Reilly.

Some very good tips on health and well-being were given by John Keegan, a member of the St. Columba's Mullinalaghta GFC.

We were also entertained by a talented group of junior Comhaltas Musicians from Mullinalaghta.
