Situated in the centre of the parish and contains the town of Newtownforbes. Contains 137 acres.
Newtownforbes is a market town situated near the centre of the townland, and contains a church, a Post Office, a Police Barrack, a School House, and Roman Catholic and Methodist chapels. Two limestone quarries are situated, one in the north, and the other near the south, extremity of the townland.
