This td. is situated about 2 miles S.E. of Newtownforbes, and is bounded on the E. by Carrowbeg Td. It contains 260 acres.
It is all under cultivation, with the exception of a small patch of furze on the N.E. boundary. It is well inhabited and contains 2 villages, viz. Upper and Lower Garrowhill. The road from Longford to Drumlish passes through the west and north corners of the td.
