Situated about 1 mile S. of the town of Newtownforbes, and W. of the roads from Longford to the above mentioned town. Contains 236 acres.
It contains two portions of bog situated in the south and north-east corners of the townland. In the N.E. corner is also a brickfield. The remainder of the td.
is well cultivated and is thickly inhabited. It contains a village called Lowtown, 2 orchards, and a cottage, the residence of Mr. Goslin
