Situated near the S.W. extremity of the parish, about 2� miles N.E. of Longford Town. Contains 320 acres.
A large portion of bog is on the N. extremity of this td.; the remainder is under cultivation. Milltown Village is close by the centre on the West. There is a
good corn mill, S. of which are 2 large limestone quarries. In the N.W. extremity there is a great extent of plantation.
