Situated near the E. extremity of the parish, about 3� miles E. of Longford Town. Contains 366a. Or. 23p.
There are two portions of bog in this td., on the S.E. and S.W. boundary; the remainder is well cultivated, and contains a good farm house near the centre, with fences covered with trees and an orchard immediately to the S.W. of the house. It contains two ancient forts, & a road leading from Longford to Ardagh passes through it.
