Situated on the S. boundary of the parish, about 1 mile W. of Longford Town. Contains 207a. 3r. 1p.
This td. is all under cultivation; the soil is good, especially for tillage. The Mail Coach road from Longford to Edgeworthstown passes through the td. N. of the Centre. Close by the road, on the South, there is a good dwelling house with a good kitchen garden and several trees. Near the S.W. boundary is an ancient fort.
