Creative Proposals Workshop + One-on-One Mentoring Sessions with Longford Artists 

Presented by Longford Arts Office and Longford County Council   

Writing artists proposals can be challenging and time consuming. It's not easy taking an idea that’s percolating in your head and developing a clear and creative proposal that will, hopefully, capture the imagination of a selection or assessment panel.  

Longford Arts Office has organised a workshop on writing creative proposals and funding applications, plus one-on-one mentoring sessions aimed at encouraging Longford Artists to develop creative proposals. This workshop may be of particular interest to Artists planning on applying to Longford Arts Office for a forthcoming funding opportunity. 

This workshop is divided into two parts: 

• The morning session will be focus on writing and developing creative proposals, and all the elements that go with that challenge.  

• The afternoon session will cater for 6 x one-on-one mentoring sessions that are available for Longford Artists to pre-book, where Support Material can be submitted beforehand to be discussed and reviewed. 

Workshop will be led by Annette Moloney, a socially engaged curator, commissioner and collaborator.
